Your Order Cancellation Rights

You should know that the hardest thing to do in the web development & digital marketing section is to allocate all the resources for your job. And combine them to start working on your project. So, when we started working for you, it meant we’d started collecting so many things to get ready to use in your project. It could be costly and time-consuming.

We always value our customers with their opinion. We allow full refunds if you inform us about cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order without asking any questions. But you let us know after 24 hours, then we will revise what we’ve done for you and charge you the things we have already done for you.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision using a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You should give us a valid reason for cancellation after 24 hours.
  • We may charge you for our basic conversation, meeting, and consultation if you don’t provide a valid reason for order cancellation.
